Job specifications for each role:

Senior Account Manager (Team Leader)

An experienced sign industry Senior Account Manager to lead the team of account/project managers. The candidate requires excellent knowledge of signage and working on site with other trades. Communication skills to liaise effectively with both clients and other trades on a site. Fantastic attention to detail, to push projects through, so the vast majority are snag free. Ideally team management experience.

The job will entail travel to site meetings and occasional attendance during installation phases.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

Account Manager

An experienced Sign industry Account Manager to work in a team of account/project managers. The candidate requires excellent knowledge of signage and working on site with other trades. Communication skills to liaise effectively with both clients and other trades on a site. Fantastic attention to detail, to push projects through, so the vast majority are snag free.

The job will entail travel to site meetings and occasional attendance during installation phases..

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

Estimator / Buyer

The candidate's key tasks are to price sales enquiries from both new and existing customers, to provide advice on suitable signage and graphic solutions, and to submit quotations using our pricing matrix and Excel spreadsheet templates.

The candidate must be a good communicator with previous estimating experience, ideally in the sign industry or a similar bespoke manufacturing environment. They must be computer literate, have a flexible approach to work, have a good eye for detail and be capable of interpreting site surveys and client supplied CAD drawings.

Ideally the candidate will also liaise with suppliers to ensure the business is maximising commercial purchasing opportunities. Ensuring we have high quality products, with the right service, at great prices, utilising our purchasing and financial strengths.

The successful candidate must be presentable, punctual with a friendly approach to dealing with customers.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

Designer

A designer ideally with sign experience to work in a small team producing accurate high quality designs to be used to help sell signage proposals to clients. You will work within specified guidelines rather than have the freedom to create your own designs. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of design and design software packages, graphic design, attention to detail and presentational skills.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

General Labourer

A varied and flexible role. An enthusiastic person, who will help with all sorts of jobs around the business. It will include:

  • Keeping the yard and factory tidy.
  • Assisting with deliveries and dispatch.
  • Making deliveries or collections in a Mercedes Sprinter van.
  • Lifting and moving large sign panels.
  • Wrapping and packing final products.
  • Assisting with work in paint and assembly department, and occasionally you will accompany a fitter on Sign Installation jobs around the UK lifting and erecting signs. This can include early starts (5am to 6am).

The successful candidate must be physically fit, be positive and willing to dig in and get on, have a head for heights and be able to drive. Ideally 25+ for insurance purposes.

The salary for this role is £6-£7 per hour, with occasional overtime.

Vinyl Worker

The vinyl worker will provide an in house vinyl service and undertake all types of vinyl/graphic work. Also prepare and apply self adhesive graphics to mostly flat surfaces. The role will involve regular lifting and handling of heavy sheet materials. The successful candidate must have experience of vinyl work. Attention to detail is required and team working.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
