Benugo St. Pancras International Signage Project
Northampton Signs completed a bespoke signage project for Benugo St. Pancras International, creating a clean, warm and premium counter signage scheme for the food and drink areas inside the station. The project focused on producing illuminated signage that clearly identifies each service area while fitting naturally with the interior design of the space.
Illuminated Counter Signage for Benugo St. Pancras International
The main part of the project involved manufacturing illuminated fascia signage for the coffee and deli counters. These signs included sections for coffee, beer and wine, iced drinks, ice cream, bakery and toasted sandwiches, helping customers navigate the counter areas quickly and easily. The signage was designed using opal acrylic panels with bronze-finished lettering, creating a refined look that suited the warm hospitality setting.
The curved counter sections were carefully produced to follow the shape of the existing counter structure, giving the finished signage a smooth and integrated appearance. Warm white LEDs were used behind the panels to provide soft, even illumination, making the lettering clear without overpowering the interior atmosphere.
Bronze Lettering and Warm White Illumination
A key feature of the Benugo St. Pancras International signage was the combination of bronze lettering, opal acrylic and warm white lighting. The raised lettering added depth and definition to the counter displays, while the illuminated acrylic helped create a bright but subtle backdrop for the menu categories.
This approach gave the counters a premium finish, balancing practical wayfinding with a stylish branded appearance. The bronze finish also worked well against the darker framework and interior materials, helping the signage feel consistent with the overall design of the space.
Additional Soft Drinks Signage
As part of the project, Northampton Signs also produced additional soft drinks lettering for the site. This was finished in signal white, giving a crisp and clear look for the drinks area while keeping the typography consistent with the wider signage scheme.
A Complete Hospitality Signage Solution
The completed Benugo St. Pancras International project delivered a cohesive signage package across the counter areas, combining illuminated acrylic panels, bronze lettering, aluminium detailing and carefully finished curved sections. The result is a smart and functional signage scheme that improves customer flow, enhances the interior presentation and supports Benugo’s brand presence within a busy London transport location.
