From brief to completion

Stage 01
We review the drawing, dimensions, application and finish before confirming the most suitable fabrication method.
Stage 02
Sheet and sections are measured, marked and prepared so each component follows the approved production information.
Stage 03
Metal is power rolled, folded or formed to create the required curve, return, channel or enclosure profile.
Stage 04
Individual parts are welded or mechanically assembled into sign structures, encasements, frames and bespoke components.
Stage 05
The fabricated metalwork is prepared for the specified appearance, including powder coating, paint or specialist metal finishes.
Stage 06
Completed components are checked before collection, delivery or installation by our project and installation teams.

Our power roller has a working width of up to 3500 mm. Suitability also depends on the material, thickness, profile and required radius.
The machine can roll mild steel up to approximately 6 mm thick, subject to material grade, sheet width and the required finished profile.
The minimum radius is approximately 450 mm. The achievable radius varies according to the material, thickness, width and component shape.
Yes. Our power roller can form box sections up to approximately 25 mm deep, subject to the complete specification.
Yes. We can assess PDF drawings, CAD exports, sketches, photographs and clearly stated dimensions.
Yes. We consider prototypes, one-off components, repeat production and confidential subcontract work for other sign companies and contractors.
Yes. Components can be supplied unfinished or completed in a suitable powder-coated or painted finish, including selected RAL colours.
Yes. We manufacture bespoke straight sections, corners, end caps and profiles for pipework, cabling and building services. Installation can also be included where appropriate.
