Escape Hunt Wandsworth Signage Project | 2026

Escape Hunt Wandsworth Signage at Ram Quarter

Northampton Signs recently completed a full signage package for Escape Hunt Wandsworth, helping to bring the brand’s adventurous identity to life at Ram Quarter. The project included a mix of external and internal signage, combining illuminated branding, bold graphics, window details and themed wayfinding to create a strong customer experience from the shopfront through to the game rooms. The site formed part of the wider XP Factory location, bringing together Escape Hunt and Boom Battle Bar in one destination.

A Stronger External Presence

For the exterior, the Escape Hunt Wandsworth frontage was developed to give the brand clearer visibility alongside the existing Boom Battle Bar signage. The scheme included a new illuminated Escape Hunt sign secured to the fascia band, with the Boom lettering repositioned and the previous octopus graphic removed to create a cleaner and better-balanced shopfront. The Escape Hunt sign was built using an aluminium tray, opal acrylic lettering and LED illumination, giving the frontage a sharp, professional appearance both during the day and after dark.

Detailed Shopfront Updates

The work also included careful updates to the existing glazing and signage structure. Existing elements were removed where required, the glass was cleaned, black vinyl was applied to the glazing, and new illuminated lettering was fitted back into the updated shopfront design. The result was a refined external sign package that kept the overall façade consistent while making Escape Hunt more prominent and easier to identify for visitors arriving at the venue.

Internal Branding and Themed Graphics

Inside the venue, the Escape Hunt Wandsworth project included a wide range of branded graphics and feature pieces designed to support the immersive customer journey. This included illuminated “Live the Adventure” lettering above the bar area, a contravision graphic for the games master window, large digitally printed wall graphics, portal patterns, room graphics and themed artwork for spaces such as the Egypt, Excalibur, India, Aztec and Alice rooms.

Immersive Escape Room Signage

A key part of the internal signage package was the use of portal-style features around the game room entrances. These were designed with routed MDF frames, orange LED flex neon and charcoal finishes to create a strong theatrical effect that fits the Escape Hunt theme. White vinyl room text and digitally printed posters were also included, helping visitors clearly identify each room while maintaining the sense of mystery and adventure expected from an escape room environment.

Window Graphics, Projection Signs and Planters

The wider scheme also included external-facing details such as projection sign updates, window graphics, display screen framing and branded planters. Existing projection signs were refreshed with new acrylic panels and graphics, while the planters were repainted and finished with activity-based text. These details helped connect the venue with the surrounding Wandsworth setting, making the brand feel more visible, colourful and inviting from the street.

A Complete Signage Package for Escape Hunt Wandsworth

This project shows how effective signage can do more than display a logo. For Escape Hunt Wandsworth, Northampton Signs delivered a complete mix of illuminated signs, wall graphics, vinyl lettering, window treatments, portal features and external branding details, all designed to work together as one cohesive scheme. From the shopfront to the game rooms, every element was created to support the Escape Hunt experience, improve visibility and help customers step into the adventure from the moment they arrive.
